Advanced Placement examinations are university-level courses taken at school. A strong AP score strengthens an application and, at many universities, earns credit before the first term begins.
Preparation is organized subject by subject, following the published course outline, and combines the content with the multiple-choice and free-response formats the examinations use. Which subjects a student takes is agreed at the start, based on what their intended degree actually asks for.
